Sengkaling

This time, i will give information a little bit about region where i live now, "sengkaling". One part of the area of the village mulyoagung , district bau , malang regency, it has an atmosphere of cool. it having the angle of the hills make the view from this place feels beautiful, because its place are among the mountains and the city. Therefore it place become a fit to relax place for the waerly soul.

anyway about relax place, in sengkaling there having also tourist of interest is "Sengkaling Amusement Park". With total area + / - 9 hectares, this place has park and many kinds of rides for pleasuring the tourists such as playground.There are some types of the ride which available in this is like the water and rides game. And + / - 6 hectares of them is dedicated to gardens. Here too there a animals park, multipurpose building and food festival. if you intresting to it, go to at raya mulyoagung street 188  and open from 6 am - 5 pm.

Because this is one part idol of sengkaling, so would that we know a little about the history of the establishment of the this place. Sengkaling Amusement Park founded by Mr coolman in 1950 and then in 1975 , the park was finally moved to PT. Bentoel Group which change they name become PT. Taman Bentoel.  In the first operation, the park was specially opened for PT Benteol Group’s employees only. Because citizens want to be able to enjoying it too. finally , The park is available for public.

And in 2013 , The park has been acquired by UMM(University of Muhammadiyah Malang) with totaly Rp 100 Billion. With in acquisition this park, the renovation massive been carried out, establishment including the central largest food in east java , sengkaling food festival.
